Review of The Doors Rising: Tribute Triple Bill - Liverpool
Three excellent tribute acts, all rocking and totally at home with their material. The stand-out was the Janis Joplin act - what an amazing voice! - the range, the grittiness, the emotion - the singer absolutely nailed it, backed by solid musicianship that had the original down to a T (and I am old enough to remember!) Will defo see them again!

Great beer and fabulous music, will be visiting again no doubt. Please can stewards please mice the debating society to the back room in future, why pay for a gig ticket and spend all night discussing your central heating and your mother, ffs

Review of Folk Season - The Ultimate Folk Pop Night - Liverpool
Was expecting live acts from how this was advertised. It was just a DJ and it felt like everyone there was waiting for something to start happening. The interpretative dance was good however they didn't come on much and also there did not seem to be many people there for the size of the venue which didn't make for a great atmosphere.
We bought tickets for a gift for friends engagement and were all a bit disappointed.

Review of Folk Season - The Ultimate Folk Pop Night - Liverpool
The atmosphere was good, some great people there who really brought the vibes. Music was fairly heavy on some artists and not others but we still enjoyed it, and the drinks are about as expensive as you'd expect. Wouldn't reccomend if you like a packed venue but that meant there was plenty of space for dancing.
