Biography

Over the years Greg Coulson's influences have evolved, but his absolute passion for Rhythm and Blues has remained unaltered. Greg began fronting blues bands at the age of twelve, both singing and playing, regularly gigging in pubs and clubs around Northamptonshire. Rhythm and Blues is the style of music he loves and cherishes.

Greg Coulson's first big break was at the age of 19, with the legendary two-tone band The Selecter. Known as a Hammond organ player, and not just a keyboard player, Greg was with the band for 5 years and toured extensively throughout the UK, Europe, Australia and America.

Greg Coulson is a very talented multi-instrumentalist, and as well as being a hugely accomplished organ and keyboard player he is also a gifted guitarist, which you will hear on his brand new single, ‘Squat That Rabbit’.

Greg has been writing his own material for the past six years and has relished in the opportunity to recently record his debut album. Working alongside Producer Stuart Dixon (Eddie Floyd, Dani Wilde) of Platform Studio, Burghfield, the new album is almost ready to Rock 'n' Roll.
