Biography

On the road for 18 years, Londons legendary Inner Terrestrials are a stomping mix of dub, punk, ska, folk and general anarchic danceability. they get audiences all over Europe going crazy, from Bristol to Berlin, from Paris to Warsaw and beyond. Serial travellers they've played 20 countries and countless festivals over the years and are as passionate as a band can be. Original pioneers of the uk dub punk sound, Heads up folks they're coming to a festival/venue/bar/squat/barn/field/site/ near you soon! Founder members J (vocals & guitars) and Fran (bass & vocals) teamed up with drummer Paco of Conflict in 1996 and the debut album IT! was released soon after(self/Massprod/Maloka). A live album Escape From New Cross was issued in 1997(vinyl only- Maloka), Enter The Dragon EP(vinyl and cd- Maloka) in 1999, and Barry Horne single in 2002(cd diy). Following the Clash cover single Guns Of Brixton, IT! released their second studio album X in 2004(Massprod/Maloka). lots and lots has happened since then... a new LP due for release in spring 2012 Read more on Last.fm.
