Biography

Local singer songwriter Prima is an artist in the true sense of the word. Classically trained with a heavenly voice, Prima’s solo career consists of her vocal mastery being put against atmospheric productions, namely on her 3-volume EP series ‘The Butterfly Effect’ featuring the likes of DRS, Zed Bias, JSD & DYNO: Vol.1 – ‘Caterpillar’, Vol.2 – ‘Cocoon’ & Vol.3 – Butterfly, reflecting her progression as an artist. Showcasing her versatility as a vocalist, Prima has provided the pipes on multiple singles by bassline heavyweights Champion and Shapes, whilst also being represented by ‘BBC MUSIC introducing…’, whose stage at this years Reading and Leeds Festival is blessed with an array of Manchester talent, including the woman herself alongside HMD & Larkins.
