BELLADRUM TICKET INFO
Due to an unprecedented level of demand Belladrum 2020 has sold out of all adult, child and campervan tickets.
We released tickets one month earlier than in previous years in order to allow our monthly payment plan to be extended to 11 months, a month longer than in previous years. This was done in order to make the festival more affordable to many attendees. Ticket prices were also frozen at 2019 levels.
We have held back 1,000 adult tickets which will be put on sale for diehard fans of artists featured in its first headliner announcement which will be later in the year.
To confirm, the same number of tickets/allocations went on sale for 2020 as went on for 2019.
Please note there were over 1,000 unused kids tickets for the festival this year which had they been returned, could have found a lovely home.
I don’t have any tickets yet for Bella 2020. What can I do?
Any returned tickets will be made available for resale on the 1st October via our ticketing agent Skiddle. This resale is for RETURNED tickets ONLY so the volume available will depend if/how many people opt to return their tickets. The monthly resale process will then continue to run on the 1st of every month up until the event, working on the same parameters.
As always we urge anyone who has missed out on tickets not to fall for offers for ticket scammers and to only buy tickets via Skiddle’s resale function when live or physical tickets via Twickets.

The dates of the festival are Thursday 30th July – Saturday 1st August 2020. Carparks can campsites will open from 0800 on Thursday 30th July for 3 day ticket holders. Arenas open approx. 1200 Thursday 30th July.

In addition to your entrance tickets, if you are arriving in a vehicle you must display a valid parking permit on your windscreen when you arrive. This will allow the stewards to direct you to the most suitable car park.
Child tickets: All children aged 12 or under must have original photo ID showing proof of age otherwise gate staff are empowered to charge for a full price ticket, check www.tartanheartfestival.co.uk for acceptable forms of photo ID.
If you have added child tickets to your order and no longer need them, please contact Skiddle to release the unwanted tickets. There are a limited number of tickets so releasing them will allow other families to benefit.
To pitch your tent in Clean Fields doesn’t cost you anything extra in cash terms. You just need the right wristband from us. But to camp there you need to sign up to the agreement everyone in Clean Fields keeps (and if you don’t adhere to it, we will have to ask you to move to another camping area).

Clean Fields will be situated within the Green camping areas and is for tents only. There is no Clean Fields area within Campervan or Glamping Fields. To camp in Clean Fields you need to sign up to the below agreement everyone in Clean Fields keeps (and if you don't adhere to it, we will have to ask you to move to another camping area):
1) Clean fields will be spotless when you arrive. Please keep it like that during the event and leave it that way when you leave.
2) Everything you bring into Clean Fields, you must remove or dispose of in the appropriate bins provided.
3) All camping equipment must be taken away from the festival or left at the gate in the charity compound -- please don't drop it in other camping areas.
4) Spread the love -- make friends with your camping neighbours and offer help to anyone who needs it (ie the first time tent builders).
5) Keep an eye on your neighbour's tent if they are absent.
6) Share your food and drink around.
7) Don't allow under-aged people to drink alcohol.
8) Keep it peaceful -- don't keep your neighbours awake with bongos!
Friendly Flush Toilets

Friendly Flush Terms & Conditions:
In order to access this 24 hour facility you will need to leave the arena. Please note: there is no access from Glamping or Camper/caravan fields to Friendly Flush between 0200 & 0900 as arenas are closed.
The wristband allows access to a 24 hour attended toilet service with little or no queuing, kept spotlessly clean 24hrs a day and filled with loo roll. There will be a separate area to sit and apply make-up with mirrors as part of your toilet entry ticket. opening times are from 0800 on the Thursday through until 1300 on the Sunday. Please note – photo ID may be required for 12 and under. Unfortunately, this service is not suitable for those with mobility issues – disabled toilets are located within the disabled camp site.
Resale of Festival Tickets
Although the festival has no responsibility to help the resale of tickets, we prefer to try to help our customers when and if ticket categories are sold out and to enable disappointed buyers to acquire the tickets they want. If you can no longer join us in August, or if you are still looking for a ticket, we encourage you to make use of our official resale partners (see below).

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKETS
A Personal Assistant ticket (also known as a carer’s ticket) is offered free of charge when somebody with a disability requires a carer to be in attendance with them. Please note we have a fixed allocation of personal assistant tickets which are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
To be eligible, please provide a copy of one of the following pieces of documentation listed below.
> Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)
> Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
> Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
> Credability's Access Card

MOBILITY CAMPING AND PARKING AREA

IF YOU ARE A BLUE BADGE HOLDER (higher rate mobility):
You should book the tickets you require (not including any Live-In Vehicle or Personal Assistant tickets required) through our tickets page. For your free Personal Assistant Ticket and access to the Mobility Camping & Parking Area for your party you should then apply to Belladrum by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. (Parties restricted to 4 persons & 1 car per application).
Please supply evidence of being a Blue Badge holder (higher rate mobility), along with your 16-digit order reference number & the number of Mobility Area passes required. Assuming you qualify, we will issue you with your Mobility Camping Area passes and your Mobility Area Vehicle pass.
MOBILITY CAMPERVAN/CARAVAN AREA
The Mobility Campervan/Caravan Area is situated in an area closest to the main arena. You need to have tickets to this area and to have qualified for these as a blue badge holder. To get a campervan/caravan ticket for the Mobility Campervan/Caravan Area and an electrical hook-up if you require one, you should apply for these through Belladrum by emailing email@example.com. (Do not buy these tickets through the normal tickets page.)

Where do I park as a blue badge (higher rate mobility) day visitor?
If you have a Mobility Area pass and Mobility Area Vehicle pass, you can day park in the Mobility Parking & Camping area.
Are all areas of the festival accessible by wheelchair?
Yes, and there are special viewing areas in many of the arenas; however, this is an outdoor event and conditions could become muddy and slippery.
Can I apply for my Personal Assistant ticket or Mobility Area pass later in the year?
There is a limit for personal assistant tickets and a limit on mobility camping and parking capacity. Once these are reached we cannot accept any further applications.
Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase 2020
Please read terms and conditions below as your purchase of a ticket signifies your agreement to these.
Your ticket is valid for one person only. You are advised to check your ticket upon receipt.
No tickets will be refunded unless the event is completely cancelled. If some elements or part of the event is cancelled (e.g 1 day out of a 3-day festival), the promoter reserves the right to offer pro-rata refunds accordingly but is not obliged to. If the Festival is cancelled, the Promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses wasted or incurred by the ticket-holder including but not limited to: accommodation or transport costs, or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind.
Tickets are for the festival and not for one specific artist. The promoter will use their best endeavours to present the line-up as advertised, but the line-up of artists cannot be guaranteed. Should one or more artists cancel, the festival will go ahead as normal. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances. Tickets are issued subject to a licence being granted by the local authority.
Purchase of this ticket and/or its presentation at the event signifies your agreement to the following terms and conditions set by the promoter (Ben Wyvis Live Ltd Trading as Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival):
Festival venue: encompasses car parks, campsites, arenas and any other areas of Belladrum Estate
Persons 12 & under and under 18: Parents and guardians are responsible for their children throughout the festival. Please do not allow them to enter or climb on any areas that are out of bounds. This includes the walls within the Garden Stage. Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 and over, on entering the festival venue and at all times while attending the festival. One adult aged 21 or over may accompany a maximum of TWO persons under 18 to the festival venue. Persons under 18 may not bring alcohol into or consume it anywhere at the festival venue; original photo-ID with proof of age will be required for persons claiming to be 12 & under, 18 & over and 21 & over. Right of admission reserved: the promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to or to eject ticket-holders from the festival venue without a refund.
Aggressive or anti-social behaviour: will be met with a zero-tolerance policy and immediate ejection.
Lost, stolen or incomplete tickets: admission will not be allowed to persons without ticket and stub (joined) in the case of hard tickets, or to a person presenting a ticket that has already been scanned in the case of e-tickets, or to persons whose tickets have been lost or stolen; keep tickets safe – treat them like cash.
Lost or altered wristbands: attendance without the relevant wristband issued by the event is not allowed and will result in ejection; wristbands that have been tampered with or removed will be declared invalid and lost wristbands will not be replaced.
Prohibited items- Glass, dangerous objects, drones, flares, fire, smoke bombs, weapons, drugs, Chinese lanterns, fireworks, animals, illegal substances, nitrous oxide and legal highs: none of these are permitted at the festival venue and will be confiscated; use of fireworks, flares or Chinese lanterns will result in immediate ejection; animals will be impounded at owner's expense; patrons' clothing and bags will be searched at gates. Alcohol, opened soft drinks & water are not allowed to be taken into the arena from the campsites.
Alcohol: no alcohol may be brought into the arenas from campsites; searches will be in place.
Campsite curfew and vehicles: There will be no re-entry to campsites from outside the festival or the car parks between 1200 midnight and 0800; no driving of vehicles will be permitted in the tented camp sites; no sleeping in vehicles in car parks is allowed
Campervan/Caravan tickets: holders of these must also hold valid tickets to the event to be allowed entry to the arena. Tickets are valid for campervan or one car/caravan. A campervan must have fitted sleeping and fitted cooking or washing ; no sleeping tents or trailer tents may be pitched in the Campervan/Caravan area.
Fires: no fires will be permitted in camp sites or car parks; use of BBQs and camping cookers will be permitted in designated areas.
Amplified music: will not be permitted between 2300 and 0800 in camp sites.
Filming: you consent to appearance in film and sound recordings of the event as a member of the audience
Disclaimers: you use the festival venue at your own risk; the promoter shall disclaim liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the promoter, its servants or agents or any person whilst entering or leaving the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for death, injury, disease or loss caused to any person or to his servant or agent at the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for any loss, damage or theft to property including vehicles at the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for any inaccuracies in any information published with regard to the event.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of dispute.

Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
For those who want to spread their ticket cost over a number of months, tickets can be purchased with our Payment Plan.
11 Month Payment Plan Schedule:
Pay the Initial Deposit Payment and Booking Fees now, and the remaining amounts over 10 instalments, with no further Booking Fees.
Paying the Initial Deposit signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The 11 Month Payment Plan is available to any customer buying a ticket between 9th August 2019 and 31st August 2019 at 11.00pm (the "Eligibility Period"), subject to Ticket availability. The Eligibility Period may be shortened or extended by us at our discretion.

Sign up to the Payment Plan by paying the Initial Deposit Payment + Booking Fees. The Initial Deposit Payment (including Booking Fee) will be charged to your credit or debit card immediately upon your election to purchase the Ticket during the Eligibility Period. The Initial Deposit Payment is non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever. The Initial Deposit Payment includes a per ticket Booking Fee as set out above which is also non-refundable.
Once you have signed up & made the Initial Deposit Payment, Skiddle will then automatically debit your card on a monthly basis. Payment will be taken on or around the 1st of each month as specified below:
a) For any Payment Plan opened with an Initial Deposit Payment made between 9th August 2019 and 31st August 2019, the first automated payment will be taken on or around 1st October 2019, then monthly thereafter.
There will always be at least one calendar month between each payment.
General Payment Plan Terms & Conditions:
Skiddle will email you before each payment date if you have a balance outstanding. Please make sure the email address on your order is correct. You can edit your order details at https://www.skiddle.com/orders/
It is recommended that you ensure that adequate funds are in place to process the payment of all Instalments on the dates set out above and that your credit or debit card does not expire before the final Instalment can be charged.
If your card is declined, you will be notified via email on the due date. At this point you may provide an alternative card. Any alternative card must belong to, and be in the name of, the original purchaser. If we are not provided with an alternative card we will attempt payment 24 hours later on the 2nd of the month. If this payment fails, we will email you again and attempt payment again 72 hours later on the 5th of the month.
If payment is not received within 5 days of the applicable due date for which payment is due, your purchase of the Ticket will be cancelled and your Ticket void, and you will not receive the Ticket or a refund for any paid Instalments (including booking fee).

You will receive an email receipt for your Initial Deposit Payment and each Instalment but you will only receive the full barcoded ticket once the whole value of the ticket/s has been paid.
Under no circumstances will the festival accept balance payments after the due date - it is your responsibility to ensure you have made full payment on time.
You cannot pay the balance at the gate - if you arrive at the gate with only a receipt for a part paid ticket, you will not be allowed entry.
All payments and associated fees are non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money whatsoever.
These terms and conditions for the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival 2020 Payment Plan are in addition to the standard Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival and Skiddle.com terms and conditions which you agree to at the time of purchase.
