Deja Vu celebrates 26th birthday with Green Velvet

The last bank holiday weekend in May is always full of vibrant clubbing options for ravers everywhere, and contributing to the array of events on offer are promoters Deja vu, who will be bringing Green Velvet to Hull to celebrate their 26th birthday. 

This Chicago DJ and producer is considered by many as one of the most important figures in house music, operating for many years under the alias Cajmere, whilst also cementing his reputation with collaborations with fresh blood like Patrick Topping, Alexis Raphael and Riva Starr. 

His own imprint Relief Records has become a staple outlet for underground talent, and showcases the kind of forward-thinking, chunky tech-laced house that Green Velvet endlessly champions.
