Joshua Brooks announces a string of huge winter parties

Much loved Manchester venue Joshua Brooks has announced details for a string of big winter events, including the special birthday weekend they will hold.

For night one of the birthday celebrations on Friday 2nd November, Manchester's Content night returns with very special guest Carl Craig. It's perhaps difficult to accurately assess Craig's impact on electronic music, because not only has he helped define techno and specifically his home town of Detroit's contribution to the music, but also within that field he has always operated as a maverick.

On the following evening, Mancunian hip hop night More Bounce take control with Joshua Brooks. Their guest for the evening is Daddy G, one of the founding members of both Massive Attack and the Wild Bunch soundsystem collective. Alongside sometime artist Robert del Naja, Daddy G is now one of only two original members of the globally recognised Bristol band.

Sticking with the theme of huge headliners in an intimate space, Joshua Brooks has also confirmed that it will partner up with LMNTs to bring underground tastemakers Deetron and Joey Anderson to the club on Saturday 1st December as well as French selector extraordinaire Laurent Garnier on Friday 28th December.
