Liverpool Sound City - more acts announced!

Noah and the Whale, Everything Everything, Delphic and Darwin Deez are amongst the latest acts conformed for Liverpool Sound City.

Liverpool's inner city festival of new music returns this May for another weekend of cutting edge sounds from some of the most exciting new buzz bands and established alternative acts around. With over 360 artists set to perform in 25 venues across three days, Liverpool Sound City is one of Europe's most signifiant new music gatherings, and one which sees thousands of music fans and industry players flock to the city each year. 

The festival have today revealed a host of line-up additions, including what's set to be a very special performance by Noah and the Whale inside Liverpool's breathtaking Anglican Cathedral. 

Also announced today are Manchester favourites Everything Everything, Delphic and Dutch Uncles, all currently touring their new releases in front of rapturous crowds across the country.

New York's Darwin Deez, Liverpool locals Stealing Sheep and post punk girl band Savages are also confirmed, as are Oneohtrix Point Never, Drenge, Pins, Wave Machines, Alessi’s Ark, Jetta, Bipolar Sunshine, Loom, Deep Sea Arcade, Blackeye, Skaters, Melody’s Echo Chamber, Wolf People, Splashh, Charlie Boyer & The Voyeurs, Lulu James, Arcane Roots, Still Corners, Luls, Hands, Wild Smiles, Ian Prowse & Amsterdam, Mikill Pane, Bebe Black, Jacob Banks, Bo Ningen, Big Deal, Night Engine, Mind Enterprises, Golden Fable and Likely Lads.

These latest additions join already announced acts including Dexys, The Walkmen, Enter Shikari, Reverend and the Makers, AlunaGeorge, Thee Oh Sees, Mount Kimbie, Future Of The Left, King Krule, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Darkstar, Toy and more.
