A week has passed since the last instalment of New Music Monday and, inevitably, the rain has returned to wreck dams, festival sites and BBQ gatherings across the land. And there's more on the way. Marvellous.

But in a week when spirits have been well and truly dampened, new music has thankfully been on point. Mancunian rock royal Liam Gallagher has delivered us metaphorical sunshiiiiiiine on his latest offering, Once; an uplifting, epic and string-rich single taken from his upcoming release, Why me? Why Not?, due for release September 20th.

Joe Armon-Jones, jazz keyboardist phenomenon, producer and founder of one of London's most talked-about jazz communities, the Ezra Collective, has also taken us back to those recent record-breaking days of sun, combining forces with L.A-based jazz singer Georgia Anne Muldrow for Yellow Dandelion, a track that happily transports us back to warmer times.

Other releases included within the playlist below come from the likes of Mercury award-nominated singer-songwriter Bat For Lashes, Miami-raised rapper Denzel Curry, British DJ and production duo Camelphat and many more...
