We have partnered with shesaid.so on a new initiative, PromoteHer, which aims to explore how promoters can positively shape the industry.

We've previously worked to highlight and celebrate promoters in the industry through our promoter panels and mental health surveys, however we are yet to delve deeper into representation within the industry and we recognise a need for this.

Established in September 2014, the shesaid.so community is international and diverse, comprising of women from all sectors of the music industry: record labels, artist management, bookings, tech, creative and more. Their vision is to connect and empower underrepresented communities in the music industry with a focus on women.

We'll come together for a two hour panel event at Nt's Loft in Hackney on Thursday 5th September, opening the discussion around inclusion and representation in the music event promotions industry.

We'll be discovering more about the challenges and opportunities female identifying promoters face, we conducted a survey looking into the opinions of female and female identifying music event promoters. You are invited to join us for a panel session hosted by our own Becca Frankland where we will look at the results and at what can be done to offer a network of support and the effects of inclusion on the industry.

Panelists include representatives from:
