Legendary Manchester venue Sankeys is preparing for double trouble this weekend with two major nights coming up.

Tomorrow night (June 27th), German techno duo Alter Ego will fly in to the UK specially to perform live in the main arena, with Dean Watkinson and Gaz Donning warming up.

Meanwhile on Saturday night (June 28th), the Disco Bus will be in full flow and Jolly Roger's on the go as Sankeys lines up a Pirates of the Ancoats night.

Getting in to the swing of the fancy dress theme will be Maidstone-based minimalist project Funkagenda, Big Brother winner turned DJ Kate Lawler and electro producer Jason Herd.

Tickets for both nights are £10 in advance.

And clubbers in Leeds will also get their own taste of Sankeys fun this weekend, with Sander Kleinenberg headlining the Tribal Sessions Warehouse Party at Victoria Works on Saturday night.
