Skiddle Mix #142 // Wankelmut

Multi-platinum, Berlin-based DJ and producer Jacob Dilssner aka Wankelmut made his break in 2012, when his remix for Asaf Avidan’s ‘One Day / Reckoning Song’ topped charts in eight European countries, selling over three million records and racking up more than 180 million streams.

Two years later, his single ‘My Head Is A Jungle’ became another hit, peaking at number 5 in the UK charts with Mark Kinchen’s (MK) remix.

Wankelmut has since released on Defected, Ministry of Sound and Mother/Superfett, remixed and refined tracks for the likes of Dennis Lloyd, Gossip, Lenny Kravitz and Hozier, and hosts a monthly slot on Germany’s biggest radio station, WDR 1Live.

Earlier this year, he linked up with SVEA on feel good summer hit ‘Give & Take’, and recently dropped 'Only You' feat. Paper Idol on Spinnin’ Deep.
