Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

 Harry-Potter-and-the-Cursed-Child

When: Multiple dates through October and beyond

Where: Palace Theatre, London

Now an overworked employee of The Ministry of Magic, Harry grapples with his past while raising three children, including Albus, who’s struggling under the weight of the remarkable Potter legacy.

Acclaimed author J.K Rowling’s new story about the wizard we all know and love will be brought to life at The Palace Theatre this October. This is the first official Harry Potter story to be presented on stage, which is magical in itself. But the show is also the most awarded West End play in the history of the Olivier Awards, winning a record-breaking nine awards, including Best New Play.

With multi-award-winners Jack Thorne and John Tiffany behind the scenes, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is as amazing as it is engaging.

When: Friday 21st October 2022

Where: DepotCardiff

The UK’s most loved bingo tour night returns to Cardiff to make you cackle at the absolutely mental prizes, dance, and drink a few too many. There’s a reason Bingo Lingo’s so huge. If you’re wondering why, it's because it’s mint. Everyone knows how to play it, everyone has a chance, and the atmosphere is killer. It’s all about having a laugh with your pals.

If sitting in a hall playing bingo doesn’t sound that great, let us give you some more deets. This isn’t ordinary bingo where some dull-eyed person who’d rather be anywhere else calls out number after number. No, Bingo Lingo gives weird prizes and thumping tunes. There’ll be dance-offs, twerking, and a lot of chaos.

So if you haven’t done a bingo event yet, this is your sign. Get your tickets ASAP because they always sell out. No one wants to miss out on this madness.

Oktoberfest Halloween - Bristol [Saturday 29th Oct]

Clock-Factory-Bristol

Photo: Clock Factory Bristol / Facebook.com

When: Saturday 29th October 2022

Where: Clock Factory BristolBristol

Some of us just don’t really get Halloween. What’s so fun about being scared? Or being covered in sticky fake blood? It’s not everyone’s idea of fun. If you’re one of them that don’t really get the screams, but don’t mind the pints that often go with it, this is the event for you this Halloween.

Ditch the fangs and stick on your lederhosen, raise your steins, and dance all night long to DJs and a live Bavarian Oompah band. The area will be sheltered and heated, so you don’t have to worry about typical English weather ruining your night. When that stein goes to your head, grab a bratwurst and chat away with your pals.

And with the choice of two sessions - one at 12:00-16:30 and 17:30-22:00 - it’s easy to fit into your schedule. It’s also a 5-minute walk from the bus station, so you won’t find have to battle with others for the last few Uber drivers in the area when it's over.
