A lot can happen in sixteen years, like an idea for a ticketing company blossoming into a successful business, selling tickets for some of the biggest, best and most exciting events across a vast and versatile list of locations. We will be celebrating our sweet sixteenth birthday in May, and we want our loyal supporters to join us with the fun.

We're hosting a fantastic event in Manchester's Sound Control, taking up all three floors and showcasing our love of gigs, clubs and festivals by putting on some of the most exciting acts on offer. In terms of live music, we've hand selected some acts that we know will make our party memorable.

The Mouse Outfit will be bringing their combination of hip hop and horns to the mix for this birthday bash. Having supported the likes of Chali 2na and The Sugarhill Gang on tour, the supergroup's funk and jazz melodies blended with some skilled bars standout on the Northern rap scene.

Joining them will be math pop outfit Dutch Uncles. Having been invited to perform live on Marc Riley's 6Music show and impressing listeners everywhere, the band have managed to prove their worth as an example of yet another Manchester band to represent the city as a northern musical mecca. Their most recent album Big Balloon, released earlier this year,

Lo-fi DIY trio Stealing Sheep will be bringing their psychedelic folk pop combination to the party. With influences coming from the likes of Gary Numan, Daft Punk and Can, you can expect a quirky and interesting affair from the Liverpool group - and that's just the music - wait until you see the fantastic clothes this band wears. The trio's hypnotic beats, psych style swirls of guitar and classic folk vocals complete the live line up.
