It's pretty apparent that music and beer go hand in hand, Oasis certainly sang loud and proud about the latter and many of our most cherished memories lend themselves to one or the other, if not both.

Krafty Brew Brewery in Edinburgh have exploited that in a way that no one, certainly from our wider knowledge, has ever done before.

They're bringing an ensemble of celebrated artists to an intimate space, set in their very own brew it yourself brewery, offering a unique experience that can't be found anywhere else.

Limited to just 40 tickets, Ben Ottewell, formerly of Gomez, provides the first chance to take in some quality music on Monday 13th April.

Drawing from his own solo locker (see below) and a slew of band classics, the acoustic guitarist provides the perfect accompaniment to sipping your own unique tipple.

Singer songwriter Gerry Cinnamon explores the avenues of acoustic blues and folk on the 18th. It's a date that is sure to go down well with the locals as well as provide Edinburgh's flock of tourists with some Scottish authenticity.

Andy and Webster, two parts of the band Sinderins, named after the famous Dundee landmark, provide more of that native grit on Friday 1st May with some heart warming folk. Chris Helme, the esteemed former focal point of The Seahorses, clocks in with a batch of solo material on the 29th

Offering a slightly alternative experience, the brewery arguably provides no better setting to be encapsulated by the poetic musings of the wonderfully eccentric John Cooper Clark, he stops by on Thursday 11th June.

Tom Hingley, the former Inspiral Carpets star man, featured with John above, is pencilled in for the following night on the 12th. Continuing a similar theme Mark Morriss, more widely known for spearheading The Bluetones, stitches together his own material on Saturday 8th August to round off the dazzling beer swigging programme.

Tickets can be purchased via the dated links or by heading to the venue page here.
