Music was great, even though it rained the atmosphere was great! Toilets were a disgrace, not enough and majority were flooded. Also not enough facilities at the campsite! Put some toilets at the other end of the field!

i will be writing to complain as we paid for VIP everything including golden circle, VIP entrance, VIP parking. on arrival there was no VIP parking or entrance and the golden circle was taken down for N-Dubz leaving us feeling very ripped off.

Firstly, I paid a substantial amount for VIP tickets, specifically for the privilege of accessing the golden circle. To my dismay, I discovered that not only were some attendees given free tickets, but they were also allowed unrestricted access to the golden circle, effectively nullifying the added value of my VIP purchase.

Furthermore, the presence of these free ticket holders resulted in frequent fights and arguments within the golden circle area, greatly compromising the atmosphere and enjoyment of the event for myself and other paying VIP attendees.

As a loyal customer who relies on Skiddle for booking events, I expected a seamless and enjoyable experience, especially when opting for premium tickets. Regrettably, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I feel it is essential to bring this matter to your attention.

The concert itself was brilliant but I paid extra for my ticket for separate toilets and there weren’t any! And i expected prices for drinks to be high but £28 for a £5 bottle of wine in a bit ridiculous

It started of great day took my little girl and boy with my friend and her little boy who was really excited to see bad boy chiller crew and ndubz. But we didn't get to see ndubz because they let people I who laid for general admission into gold circle and all fighting started an pushing and shoving i was so scared for the safety if my young children we had to pass them over the barriers before they was hurt because of drunken people starting fights and chucking drinks, they was disappointed they didn't get to see ndubz as was I. It wasn't my first time seeing ndubz but it was my fourth and my worst experience ever, I had kids that was scared and disappointed!

Teenagers everywhere drunk and clearly underage. Paid £130 for golden circle just to have n dubz allow anyone into the golden circle. As a band I’ve idolised since I was 17, I won’t be supporting their music anymore. They have 0 respect for their fans. Only out to line their own pockets!!! I have a lot of choice words I’d like to say but I’ll keep it PG!!

Paid for golden circle tickets for the barrier to be opened for ndubz concert. Ended up paying double of the price when everyone ended up being in the same space 😌 Unbelievable
