About The Event
Grab Your Skates And Come And Join Us At Our Real Open Air Ice Rink. Kick Off The Winter Season With Some Festive Skating, Open Daily. Stretch Out And Practice Your Skating Moves And Enjoy The Afternoon Sun As It Glistens On The Ice; Soak Up The Romantic Atmosphere At Twilight, Or Skate After Dark Under The Stars.

Ideal For All Ages And Abilities, Skates And Support Polar Bears Available For The Little Ones. It’s A Great Family Activity Which The Kids Will Love.

Available To Book Out For Private And Corporate Parties.

Event Terms & Conditions

1.The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the ice rink and/or the venue and shall be entitled to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of all visitors.

2.The Promoter shall be entitled to request visitors to leave the venue at any time. The Promoter shall be entitled to remove anyone from the venue who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance.

3.Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted within the ice rink or changing facilities.

4.All tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.

5.Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged or transferred. Tickets will be refunded if cancellation is due to Covid regulations. To do so or to alter or deface any ticket will render it void. It is the patron’s responsibility to check his or her tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

6.The Promoter will not be responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen.

7.The ticket holder has a right only to a session of the value corresponding to that stated on the ticket.

8.Each session is normally 60 minutes long. Ticket holders will not be permitted to continue skating once their allocated session is over. The 60 min Includes you getting on and off the ice.

9.The Promoter reserves the right to close the ice rink if necessary and the Promoters decision is final.

10.In the event any session is cancelled or curtailed, refunds will only be given if such cancellation or curtailment occurs after less than 30 minutes of skating time has taken place and there is no availability for any remaining valid alternative sessions.

11.Participating in Ice skating carries an inherent risk, any participation is totally at the users own risk. Anyone with any medical conditions, serious previous injuries, recently broken bones, knee or joint problems, head injuries, pregnancy, mobility problems, or taking prescribed drugs should carefully consider whether it is safe for them to participant without endangering themselves or other participants whilst skating. The Promoter shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage however caused.

12.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any personal property left at the rink or on site.

13.Please note children who cannot walk by themselves are not permitted on the ice, children 3 years and over but under 8 years old must be accompanied on the ice by a parent or guardian in the interests of safety. Children 8 years and over but under 12 years old may skate without a parent or guardian on the ice but must be supervised from the public viewing area.

14.In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions imposed by any ticket agency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

15.The use of an ice skating rink and its facilities have an inherent risk, any participation is totally at the user’s own risk. No responsibility is accepted or undertaken for the wellbeing of either the user or their property.



This list of Ice Rules outlines ways we intend to reduce the risk to you, our customers on the ice.

Do skate at a moderate pace in an anti-clockwise direction
Do keep moving on the ice. Step off if you want to stand still and chat. Do wear trousers and long sleeves.
Do wear gloves.
Do enjoy yourself.
Do take your time in the exchange area, use the seating provided.
Do follow instructions of skating marshals.
Use bins provided.
Secure your skates and ensure they are worn correctly

No digging, chipping, or throwing ice.
No phones or cameras on the ice.
No carrying of others including children and infants.
No anti-social behaviour. (This includes shouting, swearing, spitting, fighting, vandalism, petting, bullying and boisterousness).
No entry onto the ice without skates.
No littering or smoking within the entire site.
No hockey stick, puck or ball playing on the ice or in the spectator areas.
Don’t sit, climb, or put feet on the barrier
Don’t use personal stereos or other headsets permitted.
Do not eat, drink, smoke or use mobile phones on the ice.
Do not play tag or any other games on the ice.
Do not skate in chains.

If a customer is not following instruction from the event staff, they are increasing the risk for themselves, and for other customers. In this case, the customer would be asked to leave the ice.

Your Ticket Is Currently Non-Refundable (Unless We Cancel The Event).

You Will Be Required To Wear A Face Covering In, And Around The Venue.

The Venue Will Have In Place Additional Covid-19 Measures Which May Be Subject To Change At Short Notice.

We Reserve The Right To Refuse Entry Should You Or Any Party Member Refuse To Comply With These Measures.
