The event to reconnect us to our highest potential and to love our bodies, the most wonderful instrument we’ll ever own.
The “Love.Free.Kind.” Event aims to offer a fun, supportive environment in which to drop the baggage and playfully share, develop positivity and inclusivity whilst celebrating contrast and each other’s differences since we share the same planet. Whilst raising money for the teenage mental health charity Stem4.

The programme will help begin the process of releasing and freeing up yourself in a day filled with empowering activities. Dance, singing, poetry, drop in art and reiki workshops, sound-healing and yoga will be utilized in order to relax and unwind.


At the non-profit event expect to find an art exhibition where you can purchase the work of local art mental health charities in Guildford. Stalls selling an array of goodies for the mind, body and soul. Plus an open mic night where you can challenge yourself and show your amazing talents. Followed with a yummy lunch, whilst being constantly supplied with refreshments and hydration from Nemi Tea and Joe's Tea Company to nourish our minds and bodies
