Just a glorified piss up in a tent. Choice of only 2 beers?? Which then ran out by 9.30! Urinals overflowing by 9pm. Over priced. Paid £20 a ticket for the privilege of sitting in a cold tent drinking lager out of a plastic tankard. Oh and if you wanted food then you best like hotdogs as that was about all they had.
I won't recommend it to anybody, in fact quite the opposite.

There was not a big enough bar and not enough staff. I queued for 45 mins to get a beer! We paid for seats and shouldn’t have bothered as everyone could get into the seated area anyway!

Tickets were pricey, they ran out of beer, did not communicate well with the guests and violence broke out.

If refunds are available I’d like to be considered. We did not get value for money and were forced to leave early.

The venue felt over crowded and they run out of beer before the end of it. Not good for Octoberfest! Toilet got in to a very nasty state. We left an hour early due to the lack of beer! Disappointed as last year was far more superior!

It is too dear when you consider how poorly organised the event seemed to be. Shutting the bar an hour early, far too few bar staff.... at a beer festival. Unacceptable. Waiting 30 minutes to get served is just awful when you have paid for entry. Massively disappointed.

Very poor this year compared to last year, it was cold and we had to wait an hour to be severed which when we finally was served the bar ran out of cider and the one machine that was dispensing beer stopped working. Everything apart from the music appeared to be organised on a cheap budget! definitely not worth the price we paid for our ticket.

A beer festival where you pay £20 to attend a 6pm - 11pm session but they have no entry/exit queuing system at the bar. By 9pm the bar which doubled as the limited standing section was so rammed we queued for 45 mins only to be told the bar was shutting early as it had run out of drink!!!
Absolute shambles and won’t be wasting any money or time on this if it goes ahead again next year!

I went last year and it was amazing
This year was a small tent the bar was smaller the food stalls were smaller
Music was amazing but queuing for beers 45 minutes to an hour everyone is not the one.

went last year and it looks like they have spent less money this time round,smaller tent/venue less eateries,smaller bar,less toilets.Also to close the bar at 10pm is unacceptable when people have paid for the event,staff where unhelpful and rude and also the lack of them!! will not be returning!!

Better last year! Probably won’t go next year.
Last year I paid more for a table and got table service. This year I paid more for a table and had to queue up at the bar for 30 mins each time!!! Ridiculous.
You need more staff.
I tried to get a refund at the end I was that disappointed

Bar was a disaster. Queues were ridiculous it took at least half an hour to a drink. Bar ran out of beef and cider well before it was over.

it was good until they ran out of beer or the pumps broke, whatever it was there was no communication of it and very poorly managed. It wasn't as good as last year by a country mile.

Such a shame as it was a great event last year! But this time there was no table service, around a 1 hour wait at the bar, not all the beers were available. Won’t go again next year.
