Took us longer to queue for the three mazes than it did to get through them. There was no spooky atmosphere. Mazes felt incredibly rushed.

The scare actors were amazing and cannot fault them at all. The organisers however have been terrible. We went on their last weekend and you could tell they didnt care for ticket sales post halloween. No entertainment, no cameras in the houses, no atmosphere. After paying for a full price ticket this was incredibly disappointing. We were in and out the scare houses in 40 mins and left. For only two houses the price was extortionate. In comparison to Farmageddon and Scare Kingdom - they need to do better. No contact for queries online or via social. Hardly any information on the site (no FAQs for example) and ticket purchases were not clear. It should have been made clear you couldn't add helluminati on at a later date or on the day. The scare actors themselves were superb - I'm just sorry they were working here and not another park

The location was excellent and the two inclusive mazes were pretty good too. The actors interacting with the queue lines were also very good and deserve a mention. However the live music was so loud, it was painful to listen to. The food stalls were insanely priced and extremely slow. It was £15 for a small tray of chips with some chicken on top! After waiting over 25 minutes for our food, it became clear that we had been completely forgotten about. We had to cancel our food as it was time for us to queue for the mazes. If you are thinking of doing the 'Helluminati' then don't. There is absolutely nothing scary or spooky about it. After waiting for over an hour without any information from the staff, we eventually got inside. We were blindfolded, repeatedly insulted and swore at before being sprayed with cold water and pushed out through the exit. The whole thing lasted about 5 minutes and was so bad it was laughable. We paid an additional £50 for that memorable experience. Overall, I think it was extremely overpriced and nowhere near worth it.

Absolutely brilliant, scare mazes were well thought out, great actors, very scary, thoroughly enjoyed!! Food stalls were lush too, loaded chilli cheese fries and pizza was delicious!!

I was suprised to go there and not see some real ghost I had aload of students dressed up giving a lot of lip giving it the big one trying to chase me which was quiet confusing, best thing I could do was laugh. So if you could hire more real ghost nexts time maybe a few axe murders and white ladies then this would be a real blast.

I was meant to attend this evening (5th November) but 2 days prior the event was cancelled with no explanation other then for sum unforseen circumstances. I had booked the tickets 3 months ago and was very much looking forward to it, in fact I worked all over Halloween and this was the only thing I had to look forward to ! I contacted the company on Facebook messenger after they had removed my comment on there page. They did not seem bothered and would not give a valid explanation to why it had been cancelled. We were offered to go last night however with 1 days notice we had other plans plus the Helluminati that we had booked prior for this evening was full last night and we were notified that we could not attend that maze ! Also you don't get your booking fee back through skiddle when it was no fault of our selves ! The final straw is that this company has now blocked 🚫 me off there page on Facebook! Absolutely disgusting!!! For a new business its not good and I will not be attending next year if it does actually happen!!! 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely loved it! And I think it will only get better! Insanitorium was my favourite , Helluimanti was insane the fear of the unknown was such a different experience and that they could touch you , I wish it was longer! The Orphanage was also great, loved how we visited the naughty boys corridor, wish that was a little longer too! Actors where awesome, some did creep me out qnd I don't get scared easily. It was set up perfectly!
The entertainment was great but I wouldn't say it suited the vibe, maybe throw in a little rock/metal or some spooky music, musical songs like Rocky Horror etc. I'm sure there where meant to be scare actors on the entrance floor, but we went on 4th November there wasn't any, but was still a great atmosphere, food and drinks where reasonably priced too! I cannot wait for next year already! Congrats guys!

Really gutted about this place. It was not what i expected at all! The worst place I have been. Paid just under £30 to be taken down 2 short corridors with a few actors walking around. Would not be willing to pay £10 for this. The add on rooms are £16.70 each which I feel should be included in the ticket price as we came a long way just for that and was not scary at all.

Orphanage and samitorium were fabulous. Helluminati was spoilt by the foul language and nudity, it spoilt the whole atmosphere. Venue was absolutely amazing

We left after under an hour feeling really disappointed. The location was fantastic but each room took about 10 minutes to walk through. After doing both rooms (we couldn’t do the third because we had an under 18 with us) we were left with nothing to do. The tarot readers were massively over priced. There were lots of food vendors including a vegan option. There was nothing else there but a bar. The live music didn’t start at the beginning of the event so we couldn’t even sit and watch that. The two rooms were really good but just far too short for the amount of money we paid for tickets. We wouldn’t recommend sadly

I absolutely loved the evening. The atmosphere starts when you see it all lit up in green. The actors were terrifying, it took a longtime for my heart rate to come down. I would thoroughly recommend a haunting evening at Newsham....if you dare 😱

Lovely venue chosen and actors were very good. For me the whole thing was done in 20 minutes and it wasn't very scary, it did have some funny bits though.
No scare actors walking around, no big screens showing people entering the mazes and it was just very meh.
In my opinion I would make the mazes all connected into one big maze to make it last longer and I wouldn't charge for the 3rd maze. It was way too short and rushed with not very much going on.
