Had a really good day but unfortunately the event organisers clearly become greedy and sold far to many tickets and the venue was completely packed beyond belief, we was stuck in between floors where the staff wouldn’t let us upstairs as it was too busy and then wouldn’t let us back downstairs as it was too busy. Ruined the event to be honest.

Great day. Drinks a little expensive, but it’s London! Really frustrates me that people moan about drinks prices, if you don’t like London go elsewhere cheap like a Spoons lol!

Great vibe, great music. The rooftop a little small, but there was two rooms to dance.

Drinks at bar were very expensive didn't have much of a gin range. We opted for the bottle menus as this worked out cheaper for all our party members .
Felt the brunch was rushed and was rude of staff to place food in front of us and the Bill, would have been much nice had we been able to has been half way through then had a food check back and present us with the bill.

Staff rude until we purchased the bottle and VIP area.

We would how ever try this venue again but if had issues like the above again would not give it a third visit.

Good concept, nice venue but poorly executed. When asking for a wine menu we were advised that we probably wouldn’t like to see it as it was only for bottles and probably too expensive for us. The wait staff in general were inattentive and fairly rude.

Later when the dancing started, members of our group who had gone to the toilet were told they were not allowed to return to the rooftop bar where the event was being held as they were over capacity. This is a ticketed event, you knew how many people would be there and telling people they cannot return to the party because they needed the bathroom is disgusting and borderline illegal. In the end we had to go downstairs to another ‘overflow’ bar so our group of 8 could all be together, alongside all the other disgruntled attendees who owned a bladder.

Overall if you are going to run a ticketed, mid to high priced event people expect to be treated better and able to stay at the event for the full duration. Would not recommend.

Extremely over priced and not able to sit down if members came in. Would not recommend nor return. Stayed one hour and left. Waste of money.

Great place but too packed out. Went downstairs for toilet and told not allowed back up as it was too full, we had to wait for people to come downstairs before we could go back up. Queues for toilet & bar was at least 30 mins

The venue was too small for the amount of people & there wasn’t enough staff behind the bars. The waiting time was unacceptable! Great shame as the music was great! Also the toilets on the first floor should have been made available for the ladies. Again, too long to wait!

The roof deck was too busy to move and the inside room was empty. The sound system broke when we were inside and we left at that point. The music was brilliant.
Brunch was ok but there was no atmosphere as there were so few diners despite it being “sold out”. The tables were collapsible so it was impossible to sit facing forwards as the legs were in the way.
We won’t be coming again!

No re-entry, not clear on ticket. Overly zealous security staff. Deep bar queues, potentially over subscribed

fab fab fab. first time at this event and venue and it was wicked. the rooftop terrace was perfect, good vibes. The staff were friendly, the DJ's had great energy, it was electric. Thanks for making my Saturday afternoon fun x
