Review of Elevating Elevation @ Egg | Melodic Progressive House & Techno
I came with 10 of my friends to this, to support Hex & Solstice and the amazing Elevation lineup.
The DJ's really took the music on a lovely contour and people kept coming upstairs from the room below!
Wish there were more events in London for this Melodic House/ Melodic Techno sound..... Will be coming back! Great value too.

Review of Elevating Elevation @ Egg | Melodic Progressive House & Techno
Elevation London is run by individuals and creators with genuine passion for music, who worked their asses off to get the venue, who are not put off by making a loss, who want to play music that is emotional and creating an atmosphere that is open and friendly , that lacks the artificiality you get from a lot of commercial music nights, and I will be following them very closely in their evolution and dancing with a big dumb smile on my face!
My only criticism is that they were given the Loft in Egg, when they CLEARLY should have been given the main room. The Progressive House and Techno they play is so epic in scale and impactful that you need a proper sound system and a dark room with a low ceiling to complete the atmosphere...if they were given this, they would have sold more tickets and the numbers would not have dwindled so much in the last hour. The Loft is more suited to light house music. Elevation London is Epic!!
