Postponed - Feeling Gloomy: Depeche Mode Violator Party on Saturday 6th June 2020
Please note, this event has been cancelled.
Depeche Mode's classic Violator album turned 30 years old in March. We didn't get a chance to celebrate it back then but we're throwing it a belated unhappy birthday party at Gloom to do just that. As well as every track from the album (get there early for some of the less danceable ones) we'll also be adding more Depeche Mode into the usual mix of gloomy anthems.
Anything that’s suitably gloomy. Or you can just come in your normal attire, just make sure you check your smiles in at the front door.
As well as The Mode we'll be soothing your woeful mood with tracks from the likes of David Bowie, The Smiths, Pulp, Abba, The Clash, Depeche Mode, Bonnie Tyler, The Cure, Nick Cave, Kate Bush, Suede, Blondie, Bruce Springsteen, Human League, Joy Division and much more!
Music Genres: Alternative, Indie
