Our fully staged production on 25-27 June at 19:30, is the classic masterpiece La bohème. Puccini's sublime music, featuring some of his best-known arias, plays out in a love story between a poor poet and an equally poor seamstress in Paris, which inspired the hit movie Moulin Rouge with Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor (2001) and the Broadway musical and film Rent (1996/2005).
Whatever the odds, they dream of the future. Prepare to have your emotions stirred.
This will be sung in Italian, with English surtitles.
Ticket sales are now open, directly from the Hope Mill Theatre box office. Do book early to avoid disappointment, particularly for Saturday. Prices are £20 / £18 (Students, Over 60s and Equity card holders) + £1.50 booking fee per ticket.
