The venue was outdoors but it felt quite a bit overcrowded. The weather was temperamental and when it started to rain a lot of people ran indoors making it almost impossible to get to the only ladies toilets available. The bars were too busy and waiting for almost an hour to get served wasn't acceptable. I tried both bars, indoors and outdoors and one was as bad as the other. At least the music was decent when waiting to be served at the outdoor bar. It wasn't a particularly friendly atmosphere which I was really surprised with. It was great to be at a gig again after 18 months and it was amazing to witness Carl Cox who I first saw in 1992 but I don't want to return to another event at Times Square for a very long time.

Bar staff didn't have a clue, queue for drink barely moved so slow and security didn't allow anyone to buy a round of drinks told it wasn't allowed had to buy for yourself so wouldn't allow my friend to take 6 drinks we all had to queue no common sense used to allow the bar to run quickly and smoothly, apart from that it was amazing!!!

Carl Cox was awsome, however the venue was an absolute disgrace. had to q for over and hour and a half for a drink (sorry i mean i was absolutley squashed and got push about during this time) It was terrifying, and the toilet situation was just as bad. No security managing this at all!!! The whole management was was an absolute shambles!!!!.. then it finished at 10.30 instead of 11.00.

Amazing Night with Car Cox however so many things were disappointing. The aueue's for the bar were an absolute disgrace!!!! Its took over and hour and a half to be served and you were actually squashed in, it was very frightening and people were just pushing and pushing it was dangerous!!!! 3 barmaid on at an event like that...then if you wanted to go the toilet as well bosh...there was your night literally gone!!! the event finished at 10.30 and was actually advertised til 11.00....absolute shambles of venues...

this event was absolutely atrocious! Music was amazing! Not that i saw it all because i queued for a drink for 2hrs and 34 minutes. 1 person serving at the bar so i missed a whole set. Hardly any toilets so that queue was 40 minutes, people peeing up the walls because they didn't want to wait in the queue and inside digi was just as bad, 8 to 10 deep at the bar. My other half paid almost £150 for 3 tickets, we barely saw each other because we were always waiting in queues, it was an absolute shambles and absolutely not worth the money we paid, even if t was Carl Cos (who i love)!

I was really disappointed with the event organisers, the event was oversold and tickets weren't being checked when entering the venue so those without tickets could walk in freely. There was only one bar and one set of toilets which each had a wait time of over an hour. We had to leave after less than an hour as it was too full and not enjoyable.

Didn’t even see Carl cox as left early due to not been able to get a drink or use the toilets … inside digital it was basically covered in urine at the back where the booths were as people were using it as a toilet
Shocking was way to busy not enough staff I’ve been to festivals and music events all over the world and this is the first one I have left

Everything was great apart from the bar and toilet Q's. I expected there to be big queues but this was another level. Ended up getting 2 drinks with my first order and then not even attempting to get another because it took around an hour to get served with them and the Queues only got bigger as the day went on. Spoilt the event a bit for me. Toilet Ques was also horrific with people pushing in at the front while I was waiting 3 rows deep for about 40 mins again. By the time I was finished I felt like my best bet would be to join the back of the queue again. Shame as everything else was amazing. Couldn't fault the music.

Music was flat and quiet until Carl cox came on, what’s the point in even having all the support acts on playing elevator music? And why so quiet? No the wonder everyone piles in at the last minute, Carl played a very cheesy radio 1 friendly set as well… there was an hour queue at the bar, fiver for a can of Budweiser, loads of c**ed up LADS everywhere spoiling the vibe, £50 quid tickets, what’s not to like?

The event was poorly understaffed, and we queued for 2 hours for a drink
The venue was also very small considering the number of people attending, making it very difficult to move around
The music however was fantastic
