Is Hosting a Wing Chun Kuen Kung Fu Seminar

The seminar is for novice and advanced practitioners, based on the Wong Shun Leung Way. 'How to use the Body structure; efficient, economical and practical.'
The Theme of the seminar is "Do not chase hands - chase targets" Training drills/Chi Sao training and an in-depth explanation of how to use your body and mind to deal with any physical attack.
The Seminar fee is £90 per person if paid in advance or £110 on the day. Offer for non members: Complimentary training for one month if you are attending the seminar (your first training month will be free of charge).
