Pilates on Tuesday 15th October 2019
Participate in a 6 week Pilates course in our beautiful Hayloft Gallery with Effective Fitness. You can do the whole course of book on to a class.
Pilates’ main focus is on core, (transversus abdominals, oblique, lower back and pelvic floor muscles), however, you can expect to see strength gains in your arms and legs too.Pilates also targets corrective/muscular kyphotic and lordotic posture.
During our six week beginners mat Pilates course, we will introduce you to the principles of Pilates, correct posture, breathing and core strength and conditioning.
