Such a fun event! Bit pricey, though.
As for the Luxury Toilets & Showers, they were a life-saver, though I was expecting longer opening times and hoping for more shower stalls.

There were a good number of toilets and showers available in the campsite location so that waiting times were minimal and they were being regularly cleaned. The pamper room and number of hairdryers was low so i never got to use them as there were very long waiting times for them.
The facilities were not available until after 3pm on the Friday despite being told they were available from the opening of the campsite on Friday so we had to use the general facilities.
The Arena toilets were not great. There were constant queues because at any time we went in quiet a large number of toilets were not available. They were not as clean or well supplied as the campsite facilities so it got to a point that we were going out of the arena in to the campsite to use those instead.

The hairdryers were very unreliable but overall it was an okay experience

I purchased the club class toilet weekend pass thinking they would be clean & I could avoid queues - totally not the case.
Half the toilets were not in use through out the weekend, therefore constant queues. The facility area was too small for the amount of
tickets sold for the area. not clean either.

Waste of money.. paid a fair bit, used it on day one and decided not to go back as id washed my hair but wasn't able to dry it ad the hair dryers kept tripping.. in the end I walked away with wet hair.. wasn't impressed.

Great clean showers and toilets. Pamper area was very busy between 9am-11am / required queing to get into.

Amazing facilities and really friendly, helpful staff who even remembered you so didn't need to ask to see your wristband. Please be at next years V fest at Weston Park 🙏🏼

Shocking, complete waste of money. There was nothing luxury about it, the main festival toilets were much better which is saying something! One toilet open at one point, huge queue, no toilet roll, rude staff, toilets filthy, awful

The club class toilets were much cleaner than the portaloos however they closed before the final act had finished every night, so ended up having to use portaloos anyway. Also the 'campsite' club class toilets weren't even in the campsite?

Was nice to have hot showers and clean flushable toilets.
Didn't notice any music.
Could do with an area just with mirrors as people couldn't get to the straighteners for people doing make up.
Also people were queuing with dry hair for the hairdryers and club class people were walking past- could have told them thy were queuing for nothing but didn't.

I felt that the club class was very useful but too crowded I personally felt that too many tickets were sold for the amount of showers, hairdryers and hair straighteners were avalible. I think for club class to improve for the next festival there sound be more club class sites around the campsites to stop overcrowding. There were days when I walked down to clubclass and just turned around because it was too busy and I would have been waiting for ages so as a paying customer that isn't acceptable.

Showers were really good, a little restricted but lashings of hot water. The pamper lounge didn't have enough electrical goods, so there were queues, and the circuits blew out at regular intervals, however, these were quickly. The most disappointing aspect was that the facilities were not available on the Monday.

Didn't realise when I booked that there was two types of admission Campside and area or both, keeping in mind you had to leave the area every time you needed a pee so for the sake of two days showering was a lot of money as your in areana all day. Loved that showers were individual. Think cleaners were fab at keeping toilets clean but not so much in showers with hair on ramp to showers and empty bottles everywhere. Pamper tent needed to offer more hair dryers and bigger straighten sections. Staff were cheerful amongst themselves but not really with customers. Will book again for next year but would be nice to see some slight improvements

Worth it but needed air fresheners and to be closer to the stages / entrance of main arena as was out of the way too much.
