If you are enquiring about an event that has been cancelled/postponed, please rest assured we are sending out updates to all ticket buyers as soon as we have them. Have you checked our Coronavirus FAQs?

To check if an event you've purchased tickets for has been cancelled/postponed, please do not contact us to check - please see your order history which contains the latest information we're aware of.
