Why buy your tickets in advance?

  • If you definitely want to go to an event, buying your tickets beforehand will guarantee you get in
  • Many festivals sell out, and of those that don’t only a handful of allow you to pay on the door, and those that do usually charge more
  • Getting your tickets from a trusted primary outlet is the best way to safeguard against fraudulent behaviour - trusted primary agencies will not overcharge you for ticket prices
  • Earlybird gets the early worm - the sooner you buy your tickets the cheaper they will be, with Earlybirds often as much as 50% cheaper than final release prices

Can I get a ticket if an event is sold out?

The answer to this is yes, but be wary. We’re a primary ticket agency, which means we sell all our tickets directly in agreement with the promoters themselves, but recent years has seen the emergence of a legitimate secondary ticket industry, which is essentially a legalised version of touting.

There are benefits to these sites which do enable people to sell on tickets that they no longer want, but more often than not they are at best legal sites which will charge you an over the odds premium for a ticket or, worse than that, fronts for fraudulent activity.

Stay safe, use websites like safeconcerts.com which offer impartial advice on which retailers to use and which to avoid. Also keep an eye out for resales - these are when hot in demand tickets go back on sale for people who can no longer go. The best way to make sure you know about these is join the event group.

Can I get a refund?

Unless an event is cancelled we do not offer refunds on tickets sadly, which is the rules set out by the promoters of the events (read more about our refund policy.)

There are exceptions with certain festivals that will refund tickets if they anticipate a resale - you can find out how to contact us to see if this is the case. And we can usually change the name on the ticket for you if you can no longer go; again just get in touch to see if that applies.
