Manchester club night Tangled comes of age this weekend, with a huge 18th birthday party at Sound Control.

Now that it's legally allowed to go clubbing, Tangled plans to celebrate in style, with an almighty party over two floors of Manchester's awesome Sound Control.

An institution on the Manchester clubbing scene, Tangled was launched in 1993 by DJ/promoters Phil and Terry, and remained at the forefront of the city's rave scene throughout the 90s and noughties, with parties in venues all over the city including The Phoenix, The Boardwalk, The Music Box, The Attic, Joshua Brooks, Sankeys and many more.

To celebrate the club reaching the ripe old age of 18, Tangled are bringing three Tangled favourites to Sound Control to re-live Tangled memories, and create whole new ones.

King Unique, a DJ with a taste for tripped-out cosmic techno and rough-edged underground house, will be joined by Breaks favourite Vandal and trance legends Three Drives, playing an immense trance classics set.

And of course, all of the regular Tangled residents will be playing an energetic mix of house, trance, techno, breaks, old skool and classics.

Tickets for Tangled's 18th birthday party are available through Skiddle now. As you'd expect, they're selling fast - so get yours now!
