Bath’s much loved all action festival Nass is poised to return this year and capitalize on the overwhelming success of the last.

Nass is one of the only festivals to have a purpose built skate and bike park, for lovers of extreme sports, BMXing, skating, and everything in between. However, the lineup is that impressive this year, that it alone is a good enough reason to be enticed by the festival this year.

Recent developments have revealed none other than hip hop legend and groundbreaking artist Nas will be the headline act at Nass (This could get confusing).

Since 1994, Nas has released eight consecutive platinum albums and sold over 13 million records in the United States alone. His debut album Illmatic received universal acclaim from both critics and the hip hop community, and remains one of the most important reference points in hip hop history. His follow-up album debuted at number 1, and stayed there for four consecutive weeks, shooting him to worldwide fame.

Since then Nas hasn’t looked back, as his take on hip hop continues to impress both fans and critics alike. With his last album being Grammy nominated, and rumours spreading that another is on the way, this year's performance at Nass is something to really look forward to.

Joining him will be nu rave champions Hadouken! Their brand new album Every Weekend has been extremely well received already, as the band continue to pack as much energy and life as possible into their own unique sound.

Other additions to the lineup will include Monsta, Loadstar, We Are The Ocean, Watsky, Heavens Basement, and Run From Robots, as well an exclusive DJ set Das Kapital.

With acts like Shy FX, Benga, Andy C and Breakage already announced, this years Nass Festival is looking like it will be very impressive indeed.
