Rockworld TV Launches Today on SKY

Rockworld.TV, which launches officially today on Sky Channel 368, will see the established format of Redemption TV - which basically means its gonna be COOL!

POPULAR ALTERNATIVE MUSIC AND LIFESTYLE CHANNEL REDEMPTION TV GETS BIGGER AND BETTER

Rockworld.TV, which launches officially today on Sky Channel 368, will see the established format of Redemption TV - the live performances and backstage interviews that have made the station so popular - expanded by a host of innovative new programmes and content, such as all new flagship news and reviews show Rockjaw (featuring the latest news on music, games, films and tours), video magazine Rocksound.TV (TV's answer to an Access All Areas pass), and cult Japanese Anime shows Gilgamesh and Cromartie High School in exclusive serialised form, thanks to a partnership with ADV Vision, the number one distributor for Anime.

Rockworld.TV will also boast a hefty online presence, its website set to feature live streaming of its programming alongside a host of exciting interactive features.

"When we started out as Redemption TV we wanted to make music television fresh, exciting and real again," says Peter Hadfield, joint CEO of Rockworld.TV. "We achieved these goals quicker than we could have imagined which gave us new aspirations and ambitions for the project. The first week's scheduling for Rockworld.TV will feature Enter Shikari on the road, interviews with Trivium, Cradle of Filth, and Killswitch Engage. exclusive live footage of The Young Knives at The Astoria, a Bullet For My Valentine 'Metal Superstars' special, and a whole lot more.
