Always love seeing John Bramwell (and support). The venue was small and intimate, but this suited the gig. The sound quality was excellent.

John doing what he does best, bringing warmth and humour to his richly layered songwriting and performance. Always at ease, he introduced his support musicians generously and was joined by Dave Fidler on guitar and backing harmonies for several songs. Another unmissable evening at St James’ with the saintly John.

As ever Mr Bramwell brought his quick wit, repartee and ultimately beautiful songs to a very entertaining evening. The support acts Dave Fiddler and Michael Clark were a great accompaniment. Add to that friendly staff at the venue , the politest audience in town, the opportunity to personally chat to all 3 acts and you pretty much have the perfect gig! Same again next year please!
