Be very careful when you do Agency Work for H Suite as they will LIE to you how you rate them. I recently did a Bar shift with them and I did everything expected, turned up on time and did everything that was asked of me. They confirmed with me that they would give me a high score but after the shift was over they turned around provided me with a low score with no feedback. I really cannot afford to have ratings that low in my job especially when they don't even provide feedback or even do what they say they will do. I am NEVER doing another shift with them again and I would not recommend anyone else do either

It was my first time attending the masquerade ball and I really enjoyed the night . I went with family and friends and we all will be attending the event this year 2019 !!!

the rooms we're to warm the heating was on in rooms? no air conditioning?
guest should have glasses to drink from not plastic cups
not enough food or staff to serve
A good selection of music
count down to the new year should have been put up in all rooms
the guests singing should have been announce in other room so we could choose to watch or listen

Lovely event, nice venue. However the toilets required an assistant as it became extremely dirty throughout the night. Additionally the music was good however I didn’t like how often songs were being cut. Furthermore I found that some rooms kept playing one type of genre and it became tedious. Nevertheless I had a really good time.
I would also like to suggest that the food is displayed on a buffet rather than being warmed up in a microwave as the waiting time for food was really unnecessary.

Lovely event the past 2yrs. However, this year had too much talking and less music. Dont like the incomplete of songs. Apart from that, it was nice event to look forward too. Oh and be a little more organised on the music set instead of that silly dancing competition.

It was a disorganised mess

Arrived at the venue at 11:30pm to a queue about a mile long, it hardly moved and we did not get inside until 20 minutes past midnight - no explanation from anyone as to what the delay was and so the mile long queue of people spent midnight outside.

Also not impressed with the large man and his even larger sniffer dog barking at people as they were going inside (totally unnecessary)

Once inside we we told the cloakroom was shut (this was just before 1am) so I as well as others had to hold onto my coat and eventually shoved it under a chair.

The bar was shocking (make shift table with 2 mini bars at the end and they were both almost empty. i asked for wine and was told there was none (this is around 1:15am) There was nowhere near enough bar staff or drinks for the amount of people that were there.

Toilets were alright at the beginning of the night but by the end as you can image disgusting, surely someone could have been paid to keep the toilets to a decent standard during the night.

This night could have been much better if the paying customers were treated properly, a shame really!

It was a good night of entertainment; however, the following should be noted: -
1. Crowd management of the patrons, should have been managed more effectively
2. The location of the bars was totally inadequate, but staff serving were friendly
3. Issue of overcrowding of patron at the venue to the venue capacity (Health & Safety issue)
