cathedral was an inappropriate venue. clothes wwere washed but some stained / ripped. very expensive - we resorted to weighing each item and deciding if we would pay that for a second hand item of clothing.

Really busy when I went about 2 hrs after opening and struggled to get near some of the rails.Queued in normal queue then the people behind me told me I could move to the shorter queue as had gold wristband unfortunately the longer queue moved quicker and they ended up being served before me.

The staff were great at restocking shelves and everything
If I could change one thing I would say space things out more but I know it’s hard with a small venue and lots of things to get through
