the park and ride provision was nothing short of laughable with traffic management staff being clueless and in fact unprofessional.
The gig was great other than Alexander O'Neal who should not be booked again!!

The atmosphere was great, which I believe was helped by so recently coming out of lockdown. I think a lot of people felt quite emotional about being out again, it certainly brought people together. The only downside was that some of the performers were a bit past their sell by date, which was to be expected but unfortunately this was reflected in their performance. See you in Southend!

Review of Fantasia
Extremely disappointed that having paid £71 a ticket arrived in mobility scooter to be told could not go in front of stage (unless dancing , torn achillies) and could not physically see the stage. Absolutely dreadful!
I need to formally complain and I'd like a refund.

The event was a great day. However Drinks from the bar where overpriced. Although there was a variety of food stools there still did not seem enough as I queued for almost an hour in the shortest food queue. Although I enjoyed all the artists. It was a shame nearly all of them sang along to backing tracks as apposed to backing bands. Recently went to a fake festival and having that live music band makes all the difference..

Review of Fantasia
Very disappointed paid for gold circle absolute front of stage and seat. This didn’t happen. VIP and gold (£22) difference in price were not separated at all. Couldn’t get a seat and defo not front of stage. People paying standard prices (£21) were jumping the fences into the gold / VIP section Meant to have a wristband on but half the people sitting and in this section didn’t We paid £71 per tkt. Nowhere is there a contact email or address for complaints. One phone number that hangs up every time you mention Fantasia. Guilty conscience I feel. Any ideas ??? Would of preferred acts to all of been singing to a live band not just a backing track

The sets had a smooth, quick turnaround so that we were not waiting long in between acts, which just added to the great experience.
Plenty of toilets, didn't have to queue once! Although we did have to at the bar and food wagons.
I couldn't find my email regarding the tickets, but this was not a problem. It was dealt with extremely quickly at the entrance, where upon a quick search found all the necessary details to let us enter.
Many thanks for such a friendly response and not making that a mission. Great support network, thank you Soultasia.

It was a fantastic day - we had VIP tickets and they were superb! Deckchairs, private bar and luxury toilets. Courtesy bus to South Woodham Ferris station. Music was awesome!!! Artists were great as were the DJs 11K people and 11 full hours of fun! Highly recommended! Can't wait for next year - will be going again!
