Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2017
The location of the Club Class area was poor. We were camping in the VIP area so the walk to use the pamper room and the toilets/showers was too far so we actually only used the facilities once. I would have guessed the majority of the visitors paying for Club Class would, like us, also be paying for VIP and glamping too so would be better closer to these camp sites.

I only visited this facility once during my stay at the festival to receive my wristband so cannot comment on all the facilities. I used the toilet and it was clean. I could not use the facility for the rest of the stay due to the poor condition of the ground (nothing to do with club class I appreciate but poor planning from ynot fest). Club class was at the far end of rock and roll camping, we stayed in Achilles far end near the main stage. I would have got more dirty on my way back from a clean shower. Staff were pleasant and helpful when I collected my band. Shame I didn't get my moneys worth.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2017
The Club Class toilets were a welcome relief given the state of the standard portaloos. However i wouldn't describe them as 'luxury'! Also an annoying location given that we weren't camping in the 'rock n roll camp site' (disgusting campsite), so were quite far for us to go to each morning and everytime you need to go. Also far from the arena, and shut before any of the main bands finished so you had to use the main portaloos anyway. There should have been multiple Club Class points to actually make the experience better!

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2017
This was my first festival and I can definitely say it was an experience. Unfortunately, the weather was against us all weekend. Rain, rain and more rain. This resulted in mud, mud and more mud. You can tell a lot of time was spent organising this event but a back up plan was not planned for. We were lucky to stay in the family camping area and we were away from mud. Our tent did leak and we had to sleep in the car as all of our sleeping bags, bed and clothes were soaking wet. We left late Saturday night because of the weather which was expected over night. We didn't want to get stuck in the mud the next day. The next day we found out that the Sunday had been cancelled anyway due to weather and health and safety.
Pros:
I was able to use flushing toilets with my Club Class Luxury Pass.
I was able to have a hot shower with my Club Class Luxury Pass .
Most of the family camping area was away from the mud.
The bands which did play were very good.
The atmosphere was great, even with the rubbish weather.
A great choice of food vans.
Cons:
There were very few bins and therefore rubbish was left everywhere.
I personally saw no police there (I am not saying there weren't there but I didn't see any).
We heard that there was a lot of theft.
Our bags were not checked on the way in.
As we were sat at our tents, one man asked us to look after his coat (which had drugs in) while he went out to his car. We said no and couldn't find anyone to report it.
Nothing was done to help stop the ground from becoming a bog so it just got worse.
Bands were cancelled.
I personally think that YNOT could be a brilliant festival and it probably has been in previous years. However, there are too many reasons Y NOT to go at the moment.

Aside from the festival being a total washout, compared to other VIP toilet facilities I have used at other festivals the standard was low. The toilets, whilst functional were very cramped and not kept particularly clean. The showers were also very basic with nowhere within the shower block to put your stuff so it all had to be left in the cold and basic changing area.

The shower area could have been better organised given the terrible weather, perhaps an area to leave wellies in. Hook in showers to hang valubles on would also be good.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2017
Shower cubicles were tiny, barely space to wash with nowhere to hang anything, communal changing room was dirty and overcrowded, toilets were also dirty and often had no toilet paper or paper towels. Not exactly luxury! Not worth the money.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2017
Disappointing! Partly this was due to the conditions to get to the club class area - thick mud made walking anywhere so difficult. However, it was also disappointing to only be located in one place - a second area in family camping would have been good. The showers were lovely and hot but the cubicles tiny with no space to hang clothes/towels and wet shower curtains sticking to you on 3 sides - a non-curtained cubicle would have been nicer and I think this was what I had expected.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2017
This year's facilities were poor and oversold. There were many more users than last year and the same amount of facilities, meaning the toilets weren't as clean, the showers/ changing rooms and pamper lounge massively over crowded. Poor show this year an no refund offered yet for final day that was unable to be used as the festival was cancelled.

Showers were always hot, there was a small que but organised well so not an issue. Toilets were kept clean and toilet roll 24/7 😀 Glad I bought the pass and would definitely use Club Class again.

disastrous, wash out / mud out! thought there would be a club class toilet in the arena not outside just in the camping area. was disapointed that the toilets /posh in the arena would have cost me an extra £20 -as it happens the whole thing was a wash out anyway. so only went in to the arena on friday am and saturday till about 8pm. as the last day was cancelled - chance of a refund (partial?)

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2017
Firstly, the club class area was so far away from my camp that I only used it once, I was not getting up in the morning to do a 15 minute walk in the mud to get clean and come back dirty! It would have been so much better if there was a club class set up either side of ynot so that everyone can reach it. The pamper room was also not really a pamper room, and I spent £37 on nothing.

I was inappropriately sold 3 passes. I was positioned half an hours walk from club class and was not informed that I already had a proper toilet and showers supplied within glamping. I did not even bother collecting the wristband and I believe the service was mis sold and a mis represented to me. I think I should be fully refunded.

Didn't use you as you were miles away from our campsite, I couldn't see the point of trudging through 4 muddy fields for a shower to have to walk back through 4 muddy fields back to my tent. Very poorly set out and not easy to find

Not what expected :( toilets didn't seem to be checked often, never any hand towels. Some lights not working and doors didn't always lock. Ground a nightmare to walk on as the rest of the site to be fair, so toilets were very muddy. Wasn't expecting a charge for towels and only 1 toilet/ shower point on site. My first festival so maybe I was naive?
