The start of concert was amazing as I paid for VIP access to golden circle where there was plenty space to allow for dancing was great up until mazebeats told security to let everybody into golden circle making a stampede people fighting squashing people pushing and shoving totally ruined the night the whole part of ndubz we where squashed with all people from the event.
The VIP tent that was meant to be heated had no heating the VIP luxury toilets where a trailer with some toilets in nut luxury females using males mud and fees smeared up the walls just really badly organised the free VIP welcome drink of your choice was a choice of draught larger or cider
The c**ktails by mixologist where also not there the fire pits also not there the free BBQ dinner was a beef burger with some in clocked sweet potato fries was really not staisfied ith what we have been sold as VIP when it really wasn't

Please make the last entry thing more obvious either on the ticket or upon purchase as the security staff had massive problems with people turning up after 8pm

Absolutely disgusting that i paid for golden circle tickets and then before ndubz came on they opened the barriers for everyone! What was the point in paying extra?! Never again.

Me and my fried paid extra 160 to go VIP as it wasnt busy and we had took our 3 kids all under 6 and ended up not seeing ndubz as they let general tickets into VIP which caused absolute cahos and we ended up next to a fit getting drinks chucked on us and the kids so had to pass the kids over to the security guards then had to get over the barries ourselfs we had been there since 3pm and got to the front just so the kids could see them and the idiots and planning of the venue ruined it

Absolutely shocking we paid to up grade 15 mins before ndubz came on to then get told they were refusing to come out unless VIP was full so they opened the gates to then have my 14 year old trampled on and abused by adults ! Resulting in us leaving and spent the time with the event manager at Herrington park so missed the whole show ! £80 pp - £240 totally wasted !

To be honest the best acts coming on late some dj acts dragging sets out felt like only saw bad boy chiller crew with blink of eye in the act was done . Same with N-Dubz love Ndbuz can glad say av seen them live come on late understanding their tired in travelling . Didn’t seem very organised with times honestly but other then that still good day with friends

The music was good …
The event was terrible , I paid extra for my autistic daughter to be in the golden circle … so she had more room and would be safe as it wasn’t that busy

N dubz refused to go on until the security team opened the gates for the people who were in the normal standing area who hadn’t paid for extra vip area

It then become like a mosh pit
People trying to get to the front where we were standing and it was very crowded ..
within minutes fights broke out and security were just showing people all over .
My daughter was getting shoved into and got shoved into the railings…
There were little children there as well that had to be pulled over the security.. they come on late and by this time my daughter had a panick attack and tabs had to be pulled over the railings and we left … it was horrible and other people were leaving too before they even come on
