First time I have saw Ryan McGarvey and his band - blew me away! Great musicianship, great songs and a friendly bunch of guys. Bought his latest CD afterwards and got it signed by the band members - didn't have enough cash for the previously released CD's but have bought them since. Will be following their progress from now on - talented bunch of lads.

Review of Hawklords

Totally enjoyed the gig - band were great. Sound was top notch even although I was standing right at the front. Hats off to the band members for playing in an intimate (small!) venue like this, made for a really good atmosphere being close to the band. Also, full credit to individual band members for taking the time out after their set to mingle with the punters in the bar area ... and have a few drinks! Very friendly lot ...

Review of Hawklords

Sound was very poor and the band themselves on several occasions indicated as much. I go tolisten to the music. This does not make me keen to go back.

what an awesome set from ben and his band, such a pleasure to watch. not seen hot tin roof before, enjoyed their set and would definitely go see them again.

Ben Poole just gets better and better every time I see him. His version of Hey Joe is just amazing.
I have no idea how Hot Tin Roof get the sounds that they did out of 2 guitars and a 'box' Very entertaining.

We turned up at the Venue only to be told that the gig had been cancelled and re-scheduled to the 30th May. Travelled 20 miles to get to Bannermans. Having booked the tickets through Skiddle, Disappointed that Skiddle were not able to inform us of the cancellation.
