Sky Bar Point Hotel 23/08/2014

When we arrived at the hotel we were told by the staff that they had no record of any event going ahead and we were turned away. I would like to request my money back as this event either did not go ahead or the hotel was not informed that it was going ahead. Can someone please contact me as soon as possible.
