Review of GBX Hogmanay - Falkirk
Overall rating:
I had VIP tickets for this event but I got givin the wrong colour of wrist band. which was believed to be the standard colour wrist band. but it was that busy. I had asked few of the staff if i was in the wrong room as i showed them my proof of ticket. stated exclusive not standard! no one gave me an answer. everyone I asked said sorry I couldn't tell you... can anyone help me with answers to why this happens. I mean it was exstreamly busy and also an awsom night to be fair.
