Not enough staff on to accommodate the amount of people. Waited 40 minutes trying to get severed and still couldn’t so we ended up having to leave the venue and go elsewhere.

me and a lot of others waited at the bar for 20-30 minutes and still never got served, no one next to us was being served either, far too many people and not enough bar staff, had 2 drinks in 2 hours and eventually left because none of us were able to get drinks
