Santa made inappropriate "jokes" to my then 5 year old son about not losing his passport as he may need it soon - with Brexit in tow. Given we were the only brown family there, I didn't hear the Santa make any other poor comments to other families.
Regardless of whether this was light hearted or not, you dont use a 5 year old at your expense. Know your audience. Definitely wont be visiting again, have told friends and family who will be avoiding this place to take their kids.
All other staff were great, grinch was a treat but the last and most awaited part with santa was a let down - really poor poor santa. Completely ignorant.

It was my first experience on ice skating in London. The place was nice and it was not busy. Only the minus was that the ice was all scratched as we had a late afternoon session. I advice to come for early sessions to fully enjoy your time. Also the price is too high,. I have booked online and payed £13.45 adult ticket however at venue you could purchase for £12 and kids ticket 15 year and under I payed £9, however at venue I could buy for £8. Also the price range is a bit unfare as I had my 3 years old daughter and had to pay £9 and also disappointed that I had to pay extra £2 for a penguin for my little daughter as all other penguins were taken by other children.

I had booked a week in advance for Saturday 5th at 10pm for 2 people Ice Skating.
When we arrived at the venue it was shut and no one was there. I went to the golf club to ask someone there if they knew why the ice skating venue was closed and they didn't know.

I hadn't received any email to say that this was happening. I am still waiting for a full refund and travelling expenses.

I'm very angry the way this was sold and to be let down.

I took my 13 year old son and 11 year old daughter ti this venue we had ticket booked for 11AM got there 15min early and we had the whole rink to ourselves for 15 min, the staff were friendly with a great atmosphere good music & big screen MTV playing the kids and I had a great time.
