Went for the Champions League final. Was completely oversold and I would argue dangerous. They are lucky Liverpool were shocking that night as if they had scored someone could have been seriously hurt. Friend was assaulted and sexually harassed by bouncers when they realised the people had paid £1000 for a booth couldn't see the screen so had to make a big gap in front of it. 2 6ft + bouncers man handling two girls under 5ft 5 girls. These actions subsequently caused a crush towards the back of the club where it took 10 minutes to leave, crushed up against other punters with no way out. Started visibly panicking but there was nothing people could do to move - thankfully a woman 2 people in front of me eventually rammed her way out. Upon telling the security I had just been crushed and explaining that it wasn't safe, I was immediately met with aggression. Our friends who had just experienced sexual harassment from the hands of the bouncers as well as punters were met with misogynistic abuse, aggression and a refusal to perform their job. They did not give one s**t about that venue - they were just worried they had been caught out trying to make some quick cash. Disgusting behaviour. The venue is now gas lighting us and telling us we had been kicked out - not a chance. If you do go to this venue and experience any sort of abuse, they will feign ignorance, lie and intimidate. Save yourself the bother and just don't go in the first place.

The venue was far too expensive considering that no one had a good view of a screen unless you were very lucky and/or tall. Toilets were absolutely disgusting after very little time, not enough seated areas, bar staff were very slow and just not enough of them - you would think they'd try to have more people on the bar considering they knew they had sold out tickets and the demand would be high. Feels like the type of bar that takes itself far too seriously. Wouldn't rush back.

The venue oversold the amount of tickets. The bar staff were rude and aggressive towards everyone. They yanked and pulled anyone that was stood in the way of a ‘VIP’ table, it was like herding cattle. Would not recommend this venue to anyone and will not be stepping foot in this place again. Avoid at all costs!

I was assaulted by a member of the public, upon reporting to the bouncers I was called 'a slag' and a 'dumb b***h'.

Over sold on tickets, the bouncers abusive, shouting and dragging people around the venue. The worst place I’ve ever been to in Liverpool and struggling to think of a worse experience at an event or venue. Skiddle get these guys off your site they are appalling.

Completely overcrowded, over sold on tickets and still letting people in. Completely unsafe for crowds and rude, abusive staff. My friends and I were verbally abused and physically manhandled, just to make space for one table who'd spent £1000 for their table to view the screen, 5 minutes before kick off, making it even more unsafe for everyone else who were crushed by moving out the way. Security repeatedly and aggressively handled me after I had asked them not to touch me. Left before the game started. On our way out security hurled abuse at us unprovoked, the bar manager stood between us trying to convince us that their staff had done nothing wrong. Never returning, this place needs to be shut down for it's complete negligence and unprovoked aggression.

Appreciate it was the champions league final, but we couldn’t move in/outside the venue, so it deffo felt oversold. There was a 45min queue for the bar & only one working card machine! They state on their insta there’s a dress code but people were there wearing massive trainers/brands which was frustrating as people had bought smarter clothes for the event. We left at 7pm as it was so poorly organised! Avoid!

Here is my review.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I had tickets for the groove in the garden event. I am writing as I feel like our experience was quite bad, and I just want to let you know about some of the stuff that happened to us yesterday.

We came with a big group of friends, and it was reasonably busy when we arrived, which is expected as it was an event, but what we experienced just 30 minutes after we arrived was pure carnage. The area which we were expected to buy our drinks was so busy we could not even start to begin to queue.

People were pushing in, and the bar staff had no control over the situation, the card machine kept breaking, and only one worked, resulting in the queue becoming out of control. To add to this, 2 of our friends were essentially abused by the bar staff. After expressing that they had waited for a good 45 minutes, they were laughed at and called names, resulting in one of my friends getting extremely upset and crying, meaning we had to leave.

When we arrived, we asked whether a table outside was reserved, to which we were told no. A group of at least 8 of us sat on it for about an hour and a half, and then a member of staff came and told us the table was reserved, and we had to them stand next to a large bin for the remainder of our time (which was about 20 minutes before we had no choice to leave). And what’s worse is the 8 of us on that table were replaced by just four people, and the table was way big enough to have more people than that.

The queue for the male toilets was absurd; it was all because people were queuing to get into the cubicle to take drugs. Which made us all feel very uncomfortable.

The whole experience we had was highly distressing and disappointing. The price of the drinks was ridiculously high, but thankfully the queues for the bar were so long we couldn’t get many anyway. As it was a ticketed event, we expected a level of control with paying 22.50 EACH. The best part of the event was leaving.

I would like the price of the tickets to be refunded to me, please.

There were far too many people allowed into the venue, took nearly an hour to get a drink, and couldn't see any of the TV's actually showing the match due to the amount of people in there. Very disappointing night
