We had a fantastic time. Lovely venue and food. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lots of games, activities, singing and dancing for the children. They loved it!

All staff enjoyed the night.
Very friendly atmosphere.
Tickets a little expensive, especially as there were free drinks available on early dates, which was no good for us as we have staff working away.

All our food was so cold , we couldn’t eat it . The dining manager changed it and yet again it was so cold . Couldn’t eat it at all . Such a shame as the venue and staff lovely , especially the manager Lisa . She was very calming and so reassuring. She said she would deal with the complaints I raised on the evening and would get back to me . We all were very hungry and had to eat when we returned home .

Lovely venue, great staff, delicious food but there was no Broadway Entertainment or midnight snacks as listed which appeared to be a printing error by Skiddle but this didn’t spoil our night. We’ll be rebooking next year.🙌

Advertised as fairytale in New York only reference to New York was the last song . Disappointed in the decor although nicely decorated just like any venue for Xmas .No snacks at midnight as advertised and the 3 courses were served 1 hour each apart .
Incorrect advertisement should have just said Xmas party night .

The room had the wow factor, everything looked amazing. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Our starter and desert were lovely, but unfortunately our main course was disappointing.
It did not detract from a magical night. The band were brilliant.

Everything brilliant, organisation of car parking so much better than previous years, which added to the ease and enjoyment! My only gripe was the cost of food /drink from the catering vans - glass of c**e was £4.50!! Which is just disgusting and put a little dampener on things!

Very disappointed!
Left the spot lights on during firework display. Cancelled my reservation at the scullery because I couldn’t provide my order 3 days before the event (9 in my party including children) this was not stated at the time of booking.
Burger and drinks bars where poor quality for the price you was charged.
