Review of 60 Years Of Please Please Me and With The Beatles
Awesome gig with gifted musicians interpreting The Beatles tracks. Liverpool Acoustic orchestrated an amazing evening. Probably the best celebration of The Beatles’ album yet.

Review of 60 Years Of Please Please Me and With The Beatles
If I'd known the £13 was for a charity event with musicians donating time and it all kinda cobbled together that would be one thing, but it was more like an open mic night level professionalism which is not what I thought I was paying for. And to be clear the artists who just learned the songs that day to cover for cancellation were not the issue. They were no worse than everyone else and actually better mostly.
I enjoyed the show and would still have gone if informed but I do feel we should be informed as I was expecting something more professional like Two of Us we saw not long ago. Some stand out songs like "I'll get you" but overall not enough harmonies for beatles music. I'm a former professional musician myself so I can tell when things were cobbled together in an hour rather than properly arranged and rehea**ed. Again though, lots of talent on display. Can't expect huge amounts of prep when artists play free, but that's the issue. Ticket buyers should be informed the price paid is because of charity, not because £13 a ticket of effort was put into the production. On a side note, my god the food served downstairs before the gig was outstanding and great value.

Review of Jenny Colquitt
Amazing artist, band and performance. Great atmosphere. Shame the venue has no access for loading and unloading though. And parking is a bit of a nightmare. But aside from that, brilliant venue.

Review of Jenny Colquitt
First time seeing Jenny Colquitt and what a talent! Spectacular voice. The band were great too.
Bit off-putting having to queue outside in the freezing cold before the doors were opened at 7.30pm which was made worse by the cold room where the event was held. Even the artist was cold and said so. Overall though a great show.

Review of Jenny Colquitt
Jenny and her band were amazing, it was a great night. Jenny has such a powerfully beautiful voice and builds a really warm, relaxed and often humorous rapport with her audience. Jenny is clearly a talented singer-songwriter. I have heralbum and it is fabulous. If there's any justice, this girl should go far!
