Disappointed from the beginning of arriving atbthe venue. Poor service on the desk the woman checking us for guest list was rude, no eye contact , no thank you. Bad Customer service. The music very commercial and not as advertised. When was Shakira hip hop!? The good was venue was nice and the security guards polite. Drinks were cheap.

Poor communication!! Attempted to book a birthday table and had no feedback via contact number, Facebook and instagram. Received a message on the night of the event asking was this sorted out. Replied it wasn't and still didn't get any more information. However!! We went regardless and had a amazing night, good music great vibes.

Leave a little early to avoid and for your coat. Should have a *****tail menu bar staff did not serve *****tails so had to end up putting multiple shots in one glass. Good night otherwise.
