Although I arrived at 9pm for the buffet I couldn't get into the place before 10pm so had to wait outside in the cold (the ticket said 8-10 pm for the food buffet. So I thought I was getting ripped off and like me other people arriving early we were made to wait in the line outside! Lucky I was I went in at 10 then they still had the buffet as promised. The main floor was busy very packed and the party full on with RNB and mostly dancehall till 1.20 when I left then there was another dj. The other floors were not busy so was able to get some seats there when needed

Review of Halloween Party

There was 4 different event advertisements for the same venue. Which meaning that we thought there be different rooms etc as each were advertising different DJs and different genre of music. However when we got there there was only 1 event which meant some people were party dressed up and others not due to advertising. I think if organising an event being brutally honest is key I paid for something that I basically didn’t get.

However the party overall was okay not the best but okay.

The tone of the party was set at the entrance. It was clear that the event was over proscribed and the cue was ridiculously long and slow moving. The music was good, yet it was a very young crowd of guests, some of whom were not the best behaved (as a man my negative experiences came from silly/ drunk ladies who wanted to lash out). It could have been so much more of a positive night, yet given the number of guests the process of entry could have been better maintained.

The crowd control was horrific. We queued over 2 hours whilst they allowed people to push in and let them in. Very poor organisation and communication with ticket holders. Horrible way to start the New year.

Queued for 40mins to get in and there was no crowd control. Cloak room was full and so had to wait 15mins for people to leave to be able to leave my jacket (and still pay for the privilege). Bar staff were rude and bar was abruptly closed early with no notice. After waiting for 30mins to get a drink I was told rudely it was closed and my drinks were removed from the bar mid pour. Bar manager was terrible, very unprofessional. Will never go back, almost ruined my NYE
