Simply amazing experience. Only thing i didn't like is they split us in two groups exactly on NYE countdown so others were able to be on the open for the fireworks while we had to stay inside.

It ruined my New Years celebration. Several people including me and my partner were refused entry because there were no space in the boats. It was a complete chaos, with huge queues and no proper information. And as it could be seen from the outside, the boats didn’t have what was specified at the advertisement. Overall it was a really dodgy party that wasn’t worth the expensive tickets. We’ve left feeling scammed with no where to go to celebrate New Years. Beyond awful!

Review of New Years Eve Boat party
This event was organised by the lowest of the low. After buying tickets and turning up on time we learnt that the people on the boat running the event had been selling extra tickets on the door for cash which meant that not everyone who already had a ticket got on. We were left on the pier at 10pm New Year’s Eve with nothing to do. We met the boat when it docked later at 1am to try and get a wristband for the after party only to meet a rude, dismissive man who walked away from us as quickly as he could despite being told we could resolve the situation if we turned up at the pier. Ended up going home very early after the most disappointing and frustrating night. Absolutely awful. Would never pay for anything by this company

No one checked our tickets which we paid a lot of money for and no one checked our covid passes, not many bins for drinks so they were put on the floor, the boat was stopped for the drone display but left before it was finished

First of all the organisers should refund all the VIP fee they have collected from us because there is no such thing as VIP in the event and nothing in the VIP description page happened.
The 2 boats they used for the event are not quite flattering. No speaker on the open space area. All you can just hear is engine of the boat
Queue for drinks will take at least 25-30 mins.

Review of Summer of Love Boat Party + free after-party
The ticket gave no info on the name of the boat and the venue for the after party. No information on what time the boat leaves and how it works! We did not board the boat because there was so much confusion at the dock as to which boat it is. Very badly organised!
